***Can YOU help liberate the RAREST FNM (& related) Concert Videos In
Existence?***
1. FNM 1983-(84?) San Francisco, CA Public Access TV Broadcast.
Courtney
Love fronting Faith No More!!!
No one involved in the FNM trading community has ever seen this
footage.
Were it not for screen-shots posted online by a certain dead-beat in
2002,
the only proof of it's existence is the fact that Courtney mentioned it
in a
1995 French TV interview regarding her time in the band.
Go here to see what the fuss is all about (but don't waste your time
attempting to contact this person!):
http://www.geocities.com/bigredkidney/2. FNM 1991-09-24 @Olympia, Sao Paulo, Brazil (Complete, un-broadcast,
92min
version).
This pro-shot concert footage has circulated amongst collectors for
years.
Unfortunately, all known copies stem from the same, over-generated,
rough &
dis-colored vhs source. Nothing remotely resembling a low-gen has ever
surfaced. A shortened for tv, 40min portion was broadcast by MTV Brazil
(this version is widely available).
This is perhaps, the greatest full-length concert performance of the
band
ever captured on video. In particular, the rousing rendition of the
rarely
performed b-side "The World Is Yours", grants this footage the crown
amongst
all Patton-era FNM live video (as well as the fact that more than
100,000
fans attended this unforgettable show!).
Check out our friend BungleWeird's revealing screen-shots of what the
FNM
trading community has had to settle for, for far too long:

3. Mr. Bungle 1989-12-16 @Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, CA
(Complete, 82min version. Ofton mislabled as "Humboldt County, CA
1989").
The last remaining classic from Bungle's early days that has yet to
appear
in low-gen (make that, a "watchable" gen!). If & when an upgrade
surfaces,
reasonable copies of the shorter (better), 26min stage-source can be
incorporated into a definitive, two cam-mix.
Have a peak at Smeagol's screens of the hi-gen crud that's sitting in
our
collections, gathering dust:

Hats off to Voltarized for his stellar effort in liberating the best
Mike
Patton video sources here at dimeadozen.
If YOU can help bring these (or other) lost or upgraded videos back
into
trade circulation, please don't hesitate to contact us.
