| * 1.1 Every message expresses only the point of view of his author, not the point of view of the forum’s administrators.
The user will be the only responsible of the violations made through the forum service.
* 1.2 Considering the dynamic nature and the continuous changes of the forum it’s impossible to verify every message and so we request the contribute of the users in case of violations of these rules.
If you feel offended from other users of the service we ask you to contact us immediately through the supporting forum or through the email abuse(at)forumfree.net asking us the cancellation of the incriminated messages.
* 1.3 The user also agree to not send abusive messages, obscene, vulgar, hateful or some other material wich could break the actual laws.
* 1.4 The user agree that the administrator and the moderators of the forum have the right to remove, change or close every topic when they think it’s necessary.
Behavior
* 2.1 Are not allowed:
- personal insults between the users
- offence to the institutions or to the religion of every faith
* 2.1.1 Even if the users have all the right and faculty to discuss above these arguments, must be avoided sarcastic, sacrilege and denigrator comments.
* 2.2 Are also prohibited: racism and every apologies for the inferiority or superiority of a race with the others.
- behaviors and/or contestation positions, clearly hostiles with the administrators and moderators of the forum.
- instigation to the lack of respect of these rules whose aim is the destabilization of the normal and pacific participation to the forum;
* 2.3 It’s prohibited to send email or not requested messages whose only aim is to promote the forum.
* 2.4 It’s prohibited write messages or discussions whose the only aim is to augment the number of the forum messages.
* 2.5 Also are not allowed:
- Argumentations wich don’t match with the spirit of the forum , that is to say against good taste or, anyway, wich can offend other users’s sensibility.
* 2.6 It will be only up to moderators to define when these limits are broken and consequentially take a decision (closing threads and, in more critic cases, ban of the user)
- to public and/or request serial codes of commercial softwares;
- to public and/or request link to warez site containing material wich brake the law on the copyright;
- to public and/or request pictures, movies and link considered as offensive and obscene, even sexually, for the one’s sensibility; these will be immediately removed.
* 2.7 The content of the messages must satisfy and mustn’t brake any of the law of the Italin State; also, it mustn’t promote the using of drugs, alcohol, pornography or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, racism, or any illegal activity.
* 2.7.1 These rules are valid for all the messages posted in the forum, but also for avatar and signatures. When moderators and/or administrators will decide that the contents of avatar and signatures are against any of these laws, they will privately contact the user asking for a change.
Contestations
* 3.1 The operate of the moderators can be only judged by the Administrator of the forum.
* 3.1.1 It’s in every case permitted asking for explanations, but not using the public space of the forum. Contestations must be effectuated via email or through internal messages (pvt) and, anyway, in private form. Every thread having as principal object contestations in a polemic way, will be immediately closed. Who should insist with this behavior, will be immediately excluded from the forum by the judgment of the moderators.
* 3.1.2 Why do we ask to expose your own contestation in a private form? Firstly for public order: opening polemic topic doesn’t help to keep a constructive climate of the forum. Secondly, in the private communication between moderator and administrator it’s simpler to
find a constructive solution.
Closing of the topics
* 4.1 Every topic in wich argumentations or tones doesn’t match with the line of the forum will be closed. If during the discussion the topic degenerate (even with an only post) it’s up to the moderator to take a decision, even with the closing of the thread or, in the critic cases, with an immediate ban
* 4.2 For violation wich aren’t so critic, if the moderator decides so, the incriminated message could be changed.
* 4.3 It’s expressively prohibited to open new topic where the argument is the contestation for the closing of a topic. For possible contestation of this genre, see “Contestations”
Ban users
* 5.1 When a user is banned from the forum he can’t rejoin with another nickname; on this forum nickname aren’t banned, people are, for clear reasons. When a banned user rejoin the forum and the administrators or the moderators find this out, he will banned again.
* 5.2 When this users keep on rejoin the forum, with the only aim of disturbing the regular development of the forum he will be denounced to the authorities.
Privacy notes
* 6.1 It’s remembered that every information given in the forums not protected by passwords becomes public information. Be careful when you decide to give your own personal informations.
* 6.2 Personal dates send, are treated in the full respect of the law 675/96. Choosing to join as user is expressed the agreement for the treatment of the dates.
* 6.3 In every moment the annihilation of your registration can be asked (possible even through the control panel in the homepage).
* 6.4 The inactive account for at least 6 months (with no login for 6 months consecutively) are cancelled automatically. In case of non convalidation the account is cancelled after 1 month.
Accepting of the rules
* 7.1 Proceeding with the registration to the forum all the rules are accepted in all of their parts form the users who is going to complete his registration. The rules are periodically refreshed. Every change inserted in the rules is automatically accepted by the recorded users.
We invite the user to check periodically the presence of new rules.
Terms of the service
*8.1 Creating his own forum the user must check (personally or through other moderators) the messages inserted in the forum itself by other users. In case of violations of this rule incriminated messages must be removed as soon as possible.
* 8.2 The forum and his associated website must respect the following rules:
- the content must satisfy and not break any of the Italian State law
- it mustn’t promote the using of drugs, alcohol, pornography or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, racism, or any illegal activity.
* 8.3 It’s prohibited to send email or not requested messages whose only aim is to promote the forum.
* 8.4 It’s prohibited write messages or discussions whose the only aim is to augment the number of the forum messages.
* 8.5 The webmaster doesn’t give any guaranty for the services.
* 8.6 Forums wich are not active for at least 6 months are automatically cancelled. Forums with no posts are cancelled after 1 month.
* 8.7 The service can be terminated in any moment by the webmaster. The webmaster can remove any message for any reason. The user can’t request the forum’s database or other files connected.
* 8.8 Using the services of forumfree.net/forumcommunity.net the user agree with the terms of the service
Non speaking Italian users
It’s important to remember to the non speaking Italian users that you are on an Italian forum where the majority of people speak only elementary English. Feel free to express yourself in your own way but, in order to avoid misunderstandings or miscomprehensions between people speaking different languages try to not use slang, idiomatic expressions, dialects etc.
